I got a call from this bloke claiming I’m on some debt list. I just told him to go find some real work. Is there any way he could actually be taken to court for this?

Got a call from some bloke, seemed asian, called himself ‘steve’. He was going on about some cash owed to me from uk benefits or something. Right off the bat, he started asking about my pension. I didn’t want to give him any details, so he just ended the call. Blocked him straight away!

Got a call from 07766093302, someone said it was Black Horse and they were confirming my claim. Thing is, I’ve never put in any claim with them at all. Proper dodgy if you ask me.

I keep getting calls every day from these so-called "credit fraud departments," mostly blokes with Indian accents but today it was a guy speaking English. I've blocked their numbers loads of times but they just keep ringing back. It's pretty clear they're scammers, and it's annoying how no one, like the police or something, seems bothered to stop them from pestering us.

I got a call from a bloke claiming to be from the UK benefits office saying I was due some money. He started asking for my bank details and other personal stuff - definitely don't hand that over!

somebody called saying they were from a debt help service, but got really rude when i told them i wasn’t looking for help.

Been getting calls from this number non stop. I tried ringing them back but it just hangs up right away. Definitely some kind of spam.
