This bloke was definitely a scammer. He said he worked for a company that you can’t even find online. The company’s name is real, but there’s no way this guy is legit. From what I found, the company only has one director and zero staff, yet he claimed to be someone else, working somewhere that wasn’t the main office. Seemed dodgy because he wanted me to get a quote and ring him back on his mobile, telling me not to bother using the official landline or emailing the quote. Pretty sure it was all a setup for credit card fraud.
