Received a rather suspicious text from this number claiming I could receive £3,000 for a car accident - quite amusing really, considering I've not been in any such incident! The message does provide an option to reply with "QUIT" if I wish to stop further texts, but I can’t quite figure out if this is just a scam trying to confirm my number. It’s all a bit dodgy, if you ask me!

I received the very same text message regarding a supposed accident that we certainly didn’t experience. They’re claiming we'll receive £300, but we’ve chosen not to engage with any of this nonsense. It feels like an elaborate scam to identify who else has received it. Quite dubious, if you ask me!

We've had a similar experience ourselves. There's certainly some uncertainty about when it's best to pick up the phone, especially given the potential for exorbitant charges (I know someone who's been caught out before, though thankfully not with this particular number). We haven't encountered any mishaps, but we're quite keen to find out how these folks obtained our contact details! It feels suspiciously like a scam, but we're at a loss regarding the appropriate authority to report this to. Any guidance would be appreciated!

I received the same text message claiming that I was involved in an accident, which is quite baffling since I wasn’t in any such incident. It mentioned a payout of £300, but we chose to ignore it completely. It just seems like a scam to me, perhaps a way for them to gather information on who’s received it. Best to stay cautious and not fall for such tricks, if you ask me!
