Got a dodgy text that said it was from NATWEST about a charge of £415.49 to someone called "MELLISA JACOB". Reckon it was a scam so I rang the fraud dept at the bank and got it all sorted. A while ago I got the same message, replied to it, and then they phoned me back - the folks on the line were pushy and rude, so I just ended the call quick. If you ever get anything like this, don’t trust the message, instead phone the number on your bank card to check first.
