They kept dodging when I asked who they were for like three times. Instead, they just wanted me to share info. I told them I can’t chat if they won’t say their name and then I ended the call.

Definitely a call centre, no doubt about it! They rang me up trying to peddle energy deals, and by the time we wrapped up the call, they were even throwing in an offer for solar panels!

Got a call from a young woman named Georgia claiming she was with the Efficiency Service. She wanted to check if I was eligible for any benefits. I just told her I wasn’t interested and hung up straight away.
