I just got a call from this number, and it was a woman’s voice, sounded a bit American, saying she was with HMRC. She said I’d get an arrest warrant if I didn’t press 1 to talk to someone. It’s got to be a fake call. This scam seems to pop up again around tax time every year. I’ve had calls like this before but can't recall how long they’ve been about. Definitely a dodgy scam.
