I got a call from some woman claiming to be from a safety guide who said I owe money for school books, which I never signed up for. They actually took £149 out of my bank in June without my permission and now they’re asking for even more. When I asked for details or their charity registration number, they just refused to give me any info. Very fishy and frustrating.
