We settled on a price, but when the ‘courier’ got in touch, they attempted to charge additional fees. I wouldn’t budge on the original amount we discussed. In the end, the bed arrived at the initially agreed price, delivered by my partner. However, upon inspection, the bed was faulty - the fabric had tears, and the drawers were completely misaligned. Now, I can’t seem to reach them; it seems I’ve been blocked! It’s utterly appalling, to say the least. Had I been there when it arrived, I would never have accepted it.
