Just a heads up about the number 07762328798 - it’s a total scam. They try to trick you by pretending to be from Amazon, saying you’ve been charged £79.99 without your permission. Then they ask you to visit www.anydesk.com, which seemed fishy to me straight away. The caller insisted the money was taken from my bank, but after checking, nothing had come out, and when I said I didn’t have a direct debit with them, they hung up. Funny thing is, www.anydesk.com isn’t even a real company! So watch out for this number, it’s definitely a con.
