Got calls twice on the 16th, once just before midday at about 11.58 and then again around 18.01. Then today, the 17th, they called me back to back at 10.14 and immediately at 10.15. Didn’t pick up cause my phone flagged it as a scam. Have blocked them now, this nonstop ringing is just plain annoying!

Someone called saying they were from life insurance and asked if I could hear them alright. Then they said they'd put me through to a senior advisor, but as soon as they tried, the call just got cut off. Feels like a scam to me.

So, I answered and immediately asked if he was there and what’s this call all about. He said if I’d just spare 20 seconds, he’d explain and then I could decide if I wanted to continue. That instantly made me suspicious like maybe he’s trying to mess with my phone line or something! I told him I wasn’t interested and ended the call straight away. Blocked the number too, no chance.

This bloke kept calling and I had to keep telling him over and over that I'm not interested in life insurance and don't have any, before he finally got the hint and ended the call.

This bloke rang me, said his name was Paul and claimed to be from some kind of ‘advice’ service in London. He was pretty dodgy about what he actually wanted though. I told him I wasn’t interested, then just hung up and blocked the number.

I got a call and it seemed like some kind of pre-recorded message. It kept saying “can you hear me okay?” and when I didn’t reply, it went on with a “hello” that I echoed back. Then it repeated “can you hear me okay” again in the exact same tone, showing it was definitely a recorded voice. I just ended the call and blocked the number.
