Got a call from someone claiming to be with Vista (or something like that) financial services, wanting to check up on my life insurance linked to my mortgage. I just ended the call. They've called me loads of times, using all sorts of different numbers.

When I picked up, there was this weird crackling noise like the line was glitching. Then a lady came on, mentioned some company I can't quite recall, and asked if it was me by name. I said yeah, it was. She said they were ringing about life insurance but I told her I never asked for any quote. That was it, they just hung up. Proper irritating!

Got a call from this number three times today. Couldn't pick up the first two as they didn't ring long enough, but on the third try, there was some weird call centre music playing in the background. I just ended the call straight away - felt pretty dodgy and like a scam to me.

I’ve been getting calls from this number for three days straight. They never leave a voicemail though. When I tried calling back, it went straight to an answering machine that asked me to ring a different number. I couldn’t quite make out the company name, but it sounded like something related to Financial Services.

So I picked up and at first it sounded like the line was crackling or breaking up. Then a woman came on saying something about a company (can’t recall which one) and asked if they were speaking to me by name, which I confirmed. After that, she mentioned it was about some life insurance. I told her I hadn’t requested any quotes, and they just hung up. Proper annoying!

Right after I got a blocked scam call, this number rang and you could hear people chatting in a call centre, then they just hung up. I reckon it's linked to that dodgy call. Had a look on this site and blocked the number straight away.
