I tried picking up and the call just got cut off. Then, when I rang back, some kid answered with a quick "hello!" but then dropped the phone. Feels like this number might belong to either some dodgy scammer or just a kid messing about, dialing numbers for fun.

Someone rang me up saying I was owed some PPI money. They wanted me to verify my birthday, but when I asked if they already had it, the guy with an Indian accent said no, he needed it to process the claim. I refused to give my DOB, then he just said thanks and ended the call.
