Someone rang me up and started naming my birthday and where I live - it was a bit creepy. They said they were from Vodafone and offered a discount of like 35% off what I’m paying now with my provider. I was about to hand over my bank info to move over, but something didn’t feel right. So I said I’d call them back instead. When I looked the number up online, there were loads of bad comments. Be careful out there, always check before giving away your personal or bank details.

SCAM ALERT... SCAM ALERT... SCAM ALERT... I got a call from someone who sounded European and claimed to be from Vodafone, offering me a deal that was way better than my current mobile plan. I nearly said yes, but when they wanted my bank info straight away, I told them I’d get back to them the next day. They pushed hard, saying the deal would disappear if I didn’t pay right now. Something felt off because they called from a mobile number, not a proper landline. Pretty sure it was a con, so if this number rings you, just block it.

I got calls from someone offering a Bitcoin investment deal, but it was just a trick to get my bank details. Even though I told them it was a scam, they kept ringing me from different phone numbers. It's honestly pretty frustrating and feels like harassment. Best advice is to just not answer or talk to them at all.
