This morning (24th October) my landline rang from an unknown number, but I didn’t pick up since I hardly ever do these days because most calls are dodgy. After I ignored it, a recorded female voice came through saying something about “£1100 sent to an overseas money transfer site and £300 spent on Amazon” - charges I hadn’t made. The message told me to press 1 to cancel or 2 to talk to someone. I’ve had this exact call loads of times before, same voice, same lines - it’s definitely a scam. Just be cautious, folks!
