I ignored the prompt and instantly looked up info about NI scams - glad I did! According to Trading Standards, this is just a phishing trick to steal your info. If you press that button, you end up chatting with a con artist trying to confirm your details. Sadly, anyone who takes the bait ends up giving away sensitive info that could jeopardise their money.
