On the 29th of July around 1:10 pm, I got a call from a lady claiming to be from my bank’s fraud department. She told me there were two transactions I hadn’t authorised - something to do with Amazon and a transfer abroad. I can’t exactly recall the amounts she mentioned. Felt a bit iffy though, as she never said which bank she was from. Then she asked me to press some numbers on my phone to connect with ‘security’. I just ended the call straight away.
