SCAM ALERT They called me pretending to be from HMRC, saying there was a mistake in my taxes. Then, out of the blue, they told me I had to pay a fine or go to court immediately, like right then and there on the phone. They demanded £1500 and kept asking if I had the money ready, saying I only had 5 minutes to sort it. They never gave me any proof and kept asking stuff they should already know. Total scam, watch out!
