I got a call from an automated voice saying my National Insurance number had been cancelled because of bad photos. It kept telling me to press 1 to talk to an officer, like "Press 1 to speak to an officer." I just hung up and blocked them right away. Honestly, this is such a scam. There’s no way they’d cancel your NI number without sending a letter to your actual home. They can’t just do that out of the blue. Never ever give out your bank info. These people are absolute con artists and need to be shut down. Proper dirty scammers, so annoying!
