I got a dodgy automated call where a woman was speaking in Chinese. The English bit said something about me having two Royal Mail packages with some kind of problem, but then it swapped to Chinese and never went back to English. So, it wasn’t clear what they wanted me to do next. From my travels in mainland China and Hong Kong, I’m pretty sure she was speaking Cantonese - the dialect common in Hong Kong and nearby areas - rather than Mandarin, which is used more in northern China. Either way, it’s obviously a scam, no doubt about it.
