Sounds like a total scam to me. When I picked up, it was some recorded voice claiming to be from a delivery firm saying they'd tried to deliver a parcel twice and wanted me to get in touch with customer services. The odd thing is I wasn’t expecting any parcel at all. Best steer clear of this one!
