I just got a call about some ppi claim that I've supposedly made, but as soon as they said that, they hung up on me. I've ended up blocking the number now.

Pretty clear to me this was a scam. The guy said he had a cheque waiting for me but I needed to purchase a £150 voucher upfront, which he claimed they’d refund once the cheque arrived. Apparently it was linked to some PPI payout from Barclays, but I’ve never even done business with them. Totally fishy and clearly not true.
