Had a really bad call from a woman with a horrible voice, the phone line was awful too. I couldn’t make out what she was saying, so I asked if she could just email me instead. She let out a proper squawk, like “oh gosh.”

Had a call from some woman saying she was with UK Property and asking about funding. She was really pushy about it. Seems like these sort of aggressive callers are becoming a real nuisance lately.

I got a call from a lad asking about who lived in the house, supposedly checking if anyone qualified for ‘weather protection’ grants. Sounds like just another way to find people to take advantage of.

this woman was really rude and pushy, claiming she was returning our call to set up a free home survey. after a lot of prodding, she finally revealed she was from uk property research, saying we’d replied to an automated message - which we definitely did not. she kept insisting otherwise, so we told her to stop lying and not to ring us again. then, without hesitation, she called back straight away and started arguing with us. we ended the call while she was still shouting.
