Got a weird call on my dad’s phone today, he’s 84, and it was some robotic bloke saying he was from Amazon. Rang about 12:14 in the afternoon. Luckily I picked up instead of him. The call was trying to get him to ‘press 1’ and confirm a charge of £101.75 on his Amazon account! Honestly, these con artists really should be dealt with for good!
