He knew my name and said he was Paul, told me he was 'having a fantastic morning meeting me' and said he was calling from the National Debt Agency 😂 such a pain in the neck. I get like 2 or 3 calls daily, sometimes on my landline, sometimes on my mobile. Only my close family and the school have my landline number. I rarely use it anyway but it was on my CV that was public on Indeed. So I'm guessing scammers are takin a new route to grab your info, watch out for job sites.

I got the same call and honestly, it was a bit confusing. The only word I picked out was 'investigation'. It sounded like those call centres from India. Definitely a scam. The guy got annoyed and just ended the call. Don't know how he had my name and number, that freaked me out. I reported it to my provider so hopefully they block it for good.

This lot calling themselves moneybubble[###] started contacting me last week. I'm up to my neck in debt and thought they had my info from another debt help agency I spoke to. But the longer I chatted with them, the more fishy it felt. Now I’m getting bombarded with over 10 calls a day, plus calls from other numbers, even some from Singapore, all asking why I haven’t sent my debt proof. The bloke’s voice and his constant use of "mate" is really getting on my nerves, and he clearly isn’t picking up that I’m onto their scam.

Just got the same call pretending to be from the money advice service, but it’s definitely not them.

Someone said they were from a government dept that deals with unsecured debts. Like everyone else, I don’t have any debts so I just ended the call. This is the second time this week I’ve had calls from different mobile numbers claiming the same thing, definitely a scam. I’ve reported the number to the ICO hoping they might take action.
