I got a call from 0775947411, but I didn’t pick up since it only showed United Kingdom and I wasn’t sure who it was.

This mornin at about 6.24, I got a message from 07759547411 saying something like "HMRC: You have a tax refund for 2020 waiting. Please check this secure link https://hmrc-gov.uklocalmail-ref392.com/ to claim it." I didn’t click on the link, just thought I’d share in case anyone else sees it.
