When I picked up, there was this recorded message saying my Visa had been billed nearly £800. Then I ended up speaking to someone in a very loud call centre who claimed they were from "Amazon". I asked them "do you mean amazon.com or the UK one?". The bloke said it doesn’t matter they're the same. Seemed odd to me that he was ringing from a mobile number, right?
