Got a call supposedly from Tesco Mobile offering me a 20% discount for being a loyal customer. They asked if I was happy with their service, and I told them not really because the in-house network is pretty rubbish. Then they put me through to a manager who just kept apologising and asking how I was - felt really fake. After that, they tried to set up a new password so I could get the discount, but I ended up hanging up. Later, I rang Tesco Mobile myself and they confirmed it was a scam. I even gave them the caller's number. Total waste of time!
