I got a call from a woman with an Asian accent who said her name was Rose and claimed she was calling from BT. She told me our phone line was being upgraded to full fibre. When I asked for a date, she said the process had already begun, then the call just dropped. It seemed dodgy to me because we’re already on full fibre, and I know BT wouldn’t use a mobile number to ring customers. Definitely felt like a scam.
