Got a weird robocall today with a lady speaking American English, then switched to a Chinese accent. It kept telling me to press 1 for English or 2 for Chinese, but never said what it was about or who it was from. Pretty suspicious if you ask me.

These fraudsters must be having a blast. When I questioned them about targeting old and vulnerable folks, they got super smug. One guy actually told me that while us working-class lot might be stuck with a Pot Noodle for tea - if we’re lucky - they’re lounging by the Miami shore, sipping cocktails and munching on Lobster Thermidor. They claimed the cost-of-living crunch has fattened their pockets, and since no one wants to cause offence by reporting them, the whole woke culture is basically on their side. Proper infuriating. 🤬
