On 22nd Feb 2022, my iPhone got a text from 07754737013. I thought it was from NHS Test & Trace, so I clicked the link. It didn’t open anything, so I tried on my laptop and got a message saying ‘testkit-home.com site can’t be located’. Normally, I wouldn’t click on links but I’d just been at a venue last night after ages, so I guess I let my guard down. Lesson learned!

Got a message from this number on the 5th of Feb at about 8:48am saying something like: "you’ve been near someone with omicron, order a test here: hitps://swab-test-kit.com". I’d only popped out once last Tuesday to do some shopping, so it seemed fishy. Didn’t have any covid symptoms, and when I checked the NHS Covid app, there were no alerts at all. Feels like a scam trying to make me pay for a test when I can get one free from my local pharmacy. Would say avoid this number, feels dodgy. - David I
