They charge ridiculous prices for rubbish insulation that messes up your roof timbers. When I said no to their so-called “free survey”, they got proper narky and started threatening to send me bills. Just search for "action fraud" and head over to the UK police website. From there, find the phishing report page and scroll all the way down to fill out a quick form to report it. Best bit is you don’t need to sign up or create an account. The form mostly uses tick boxes but there’s a space at the end where you can type any threats or rude language you got.
