I received a notification informing me that my parcel will be sent back to the sender if I don't collect it from Sittingbourne. I decided to do a bit of digging online, and lo and behold, the tracking info showed that my package is currently at the Grimsby sorting facility. To reclaim it, I'll need to cough up £2.00. How frustrating!
