Don’t fall for this, it’s definitely a scam. The DVLA would never ask for your personal details or say you’ve got a refund like that. If you were owed money, they’d just post you a cheque. They messaged me saying I’d got £84 back and that they’d tried to get in touch loads of times by letter but couldn’t. Then they want you to click on some dodgy link - total rubbish! Just ignore it and delete it straight away. Stay safe out there, folks!
