Received a call from this number, and the guy on the other end was swearing nonstop, ranting about me hanging up and threatening to get violent. No idea who he was. Just a heads up to be cautious.

This number rang me today, part of a stream of calls I’ve been getting from mobiles recently. Normally, I don’t pick up, but something made me answer this time. A bloke was on the line right away, insisting I must've dialled the wrong person. I told him he was the one who called me. Then he said I’d apparently called him first. I told him to quit phoning me and ended the call. He rang again but I sent it straight to voicemail. He left a message saying he had proof of my call and was going to report me to the police. Haven’t heard anything from that number since.

So, this lady with an accent called up, started chatting about carpets, saying I’d expressed some kind of interest. Then she suddenly switched to talking about online trading stuff. Right when I was about to wind her up a bit, someone else stepped in and cut her off.
