Someone text me first saying "mum save my new number" which is a bit odd since I'm the one who sorts out the phones in the house. Then they sent a second message, just wishing me a happy new year. I figured it was a scam, but I’m a bit bored so I replied just to mess with them and waste their time.

Got texts from this number today. The very first message said "Dad save my new number" - which is funny because I don’t have any children 😂 Then it followed up with “Can you do me a favour”!!
