The supervisor said all info would come in a pack they'd send me. I asked the website address again and got told claimssolutions. I tried saying claimssolutions.co[###] or just co[###], and they insisted on co[###]. It’s not a real site though, then they just ended the call. I’ve blocked the number now.

This number has been calling me about three times every day. When I picked up, they mentioned something about PPI. I asked what that was, then they claimed it was about a mortgage - which I don’t have. Then they tried saying it was about a credit card, which again, I don’t have. Lastly, they mentioned a personal loan. I told them I’ve got none of those and the line just went dead. I haven’t picked up since but every time they call, I tell them to stop ringing me and they just hang up.
