Over the past few days, I've gotten a few messages saying there’s a parcel from Royal Mail that can’t be delivered because the address isn’t clear, and they're asking me to get in touch. I figured it was a scam and just ignored it.

Got a text about Royal Mail saying they couldn’t deliver 'cause of an incomplete address. I’m not waiting for any packages, so I didn’t even think about clicking the link. Then, at the very end, it says something like “Royal Mail happiness at Christmas” - honestly, could not take it seriously! Total scam.

Got a call pretending to be from Royal Mail, saying there’s a parcel they can’t deliver 'cause my address was incomplete. Then they try to get you to click some dodgy link. Seriously, don’t click on any links - it’s a total scam! Just stop and think… am I actually waiting for anything? Did I order something? If not, just ignore it, block the number, and delete the message!
