Got a text out of the blue saying “hi are u busy its Emma.” I wasn’t sure who it was so I asked, “Emma who?” She replied back with “Emma B” and sent a kiss emoji. I just told her I don’t know any Emma B and that she’s got the wrong number, then I blocked her. Probably some scam or wrong contact.

Got a message off someone called Emma saying she’s in the hospital with a broken tibia. There wasn’t any link or asking for cash or anything dodgy. Both me and my mum received the same text.

Got a text from a number claiming a relative was in hospital. I replied but never got a response back. Later, I messaged my aunty who they were pretending to be, and she told me she hadn’t sent anything like that. Suspicious for sure!
