Took a while for them to pick up, and surprise, it was a noisy call centre in India. The person said they were from British Telecom security warning me about privacy problems, then asked me to log in so they could access my computer remotely! After making them wait a bit, I told her I actually work for BT. She then cursed at me and just ended the call!
