This number rang me a couple of times, and judging by the tone, I reckon I dodged a bullet not picking up! Can't really say much else, but it said there was a voicemail when I checked - though there was nothing there at all.

I got a call from a woman asking if my loft had insulation and whether I'd covered the cost or if the government did. She said she'd get back to me later. This is the third time I've had a call like this, but only once was it a woman. The background sounds like a bustling office, but some folk say it's just a tiny room pretending to be a busy place. Their aim? To send someone over to check your loft, supposedly at no charge. But it makes you wonder what the catch is, doesn't it?

This lady called me, telling me she cared about the environment and started going on about how rubbish the government’s loft insulation is. I’m pretty hard of hearing, so I kept asking her to say it again. I think she got confused with me asking over and over and just eventually gave up and hung up. I guess having a hearing difficulty can sometimes be an advantage!
