That’s some next level scam right there. Got a call from these so-called “fraud department” people who said there’s two charges on my card - one for £700 and another £200 - and asked me to call back to check the transactions. When I dialled the number, it took me straight to India, and they were all like “yes, you’ve reached fraud department.” Heard loads of Indian guys chatting in the background, so I just cut the call right away. Could tell it was dodgy straight away.
