Got a call from someone claiming to be with BT Openreach, saying there’s been suspicious activity on my internet and lots of people watching my line. He asked if I was at my computer so he could look into it. Told him there’s no way I’m letting anyone check my computer, and BT Openreach never rings customers like that! He argued, asking how he could fix the issue without access. I told him it sounded like a scam and ended the call.
