SCAM ALERT - Someone pretending to be my son said he'd lost his phone and asked me to contact him through this different number via WhatsApp or text. The message was written really badly, which made me doubt it. I called my son directly who said his phone was fine, so I realised pretty quick that it was a scam.

Got a call from someone saying my lad had lost his mobile, but it smelled fishy like a scam.
