Just like someone else mentioned, these are definitely scammers acting like they’re from royal mail, calling about missing bits of your address and all that. Think about it, since when does royal mail get your mobile number? Have you ever shared it with them? If your address was wrong, the parcel would just bounce back and the sender would sort it out, not some random call out of the blue.

I got a text from this number claiming to be Royal Mail, saying they couldn't deliver my parcel because they supposedly didn't have my full address. They wanted me to click on a link, which I thought was dodgy so I reported it straight away. Didn't press the link myself. I also tried calling Royal Mail to check but no answer. Feels like one of those spam scams to me.
