Got a call from someone saying they're with HMRC, telling me my self assessment was incorrect. I don’t even do self assessments! I told them my passport would be seized, but it was just rubbish, obviously scammers.

Got a call saying someone was trying to charge my Visa or MasterCard about £700 and that I should press 1 to stop it. I just ended the call and later checked my bank account - nothing was taken. Seems like a scam to me, so better to just ignore these calls.
