So, I got a call saying I’d splashed out £79 at Tesco and £38 at Sainsburys, and if that wasn’t true I should press 1 to chat to the bank’s security team. When I did, the so-called security folks couldn’t even say which bank they were from! Classic scam stuff coming from the usual area. Come on, since when does a bank’s security team ring you up on a mobile anyway? Totally fishy.
