Got a call from someone claiming to be with BT Openreach, saying they’d been upgrading the external line to boost internet speed and found some dodgy activity on my IP. Then they began asking about devices like my Xbox and security cams. Total scam alert. Had a look at BT’s official site and it confirmed it’s all lies. Never give out your details in these calls! Just hang up straight away!
