DO NOT answer this number! Got a text saying NHS UK alert: you’ve been near someone with the new SARS-CoV-2. It had a suspicious link: https://nhs-service.care-uk-now.com - smells like a scam. Please, don’t click or reply, just block straight away and bin the message. Total dodgy stuff!

It’s definitely a scam, don’t bother replying or clicking any links in the message. This isn’t from the NHS at all. Best thing to do is just block the number and get rid of the message straight away!

I wasnt too sure abt the info in the message, seemed a bit iffy to me.

I got a text from this number saying I’d been around someone who tested positive for Covid, with a link for booking a PCR test. Just a heads up, the NHS normally uses numbers like 03000135000 or websites ending in phe.gov.uk for contact tracing. This one looked dodgy to me, probably a scam trying to phish info. Be careful and don’t click on links from random numbers!
