Got a text supposedly from Evri saying my parcel is waiting and to follow a link to confirm my info. Total scam, so don’t tap that link!

This number has kept calling us quite a few times now and it’s clearly a scam. Be careful and never share your bank details or anything like that.

Got a ring from someone claiming to be from Carphone Warehouse, saying they had an amazing offer on an iPhone. Seemed a bit off to me.

Just got a message from 07751 761647 pretending to be Evri about a missed parcel. They were asking for my sort code and gave a link to update info - total scam alert! I don’t see why Evri would ever need your sort code. From what I know, Evri usually tries to deliver your parcel about 3 times before texting you, and if they do send a genuine message, it won’t show the sender’s number like this one did. Hopefully this warning stops someone else from falling for it!
