I've recently been getting calls from various unknown numbers, including this one and another starting with "0203". When I picked up the second call, it was an automated voice claiming to be from HMRC, saying they were looking into some tax evasion and telling me to click on some links. Obviously, I didn’t do that and went ahead to block the number. They didn’t leave any voicemail or send any letters, which you'd think they would if it were legit. A few people I work with mentioned they've had the same kind of calls, so it seems to be quite common.
